I have to say what impressed me was the professionalism that was also very personal at the same time. We appreciate your helpfulness in the beginning of this process. We also appreciated:

  • Communication during the waiting period
  • Teamwork - we were impressed with the teamwork of the crews
  • Completion of job...there were five vehicles at one time at our property...three in the road, plus the drilling rig and the concrete truck in our driveway. That crew of people all worked together not one missing a beat (that we noticed), and all pleasant and there to do a job.
I was impressed. We chose E.H. Renner & Sons as we've had past experience with them. Also, I had the privilege of riding to work at General Mills with Kitty Renner up until her retirement. She was a very special lady, and I believe it would bless her to know we chose her family company.

I received your proposal on drilling a deeper well. I was impressed with your service and the effort it took to do that. At this time I cannot afford a new well system. I believe you're right, that it is the best way to go in order to get good water. So at this time I will keep you in mind for future business and hope to have it done this fall or next spring.
